Conditions of stay

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: 15:00–22:00 (if you will arrive after 22:00, please contact us in advance).
Check-out: 10:00.
Front desk hours: 6:30–22:00.
You can come and go 24 hours a day. The entrance is locked from 22:00 to 6:30; during these hours, please unlock it yourself with the security key.

Online reservations are accepted until 20:00 on the day of your stay.
Until the day before your stay: if you booked online, please make changes or cancellations by 21:00 on the day before your stay through the site you booked on (for bookings made on this website, use the “View, change or cancel a reservation” page). We cannot accept changes or cancellations by phone during this period.
On the day of your stay: please call us to change or cancel (changes are accepted until 15:00 that day).
Reservations for 10 or more guests: a cancellation fee of 20% of the accommodation charge applies from two weeks before the date of your stay.
Other cancellation fees follow the conditions shown on the booking screen for each plan.

Payment is made at the hotel or by credit card in advance, depending on the plan.

When booking, please tell us how you will travel to the hotel and provide a mobile phone number where we can reach you on the day of your stay.
If three guests are staying in a Twin Room or Suite, please tell us whether you need an extra bed.
If you will arrive in a vehicle of 3 tonnes or more, please book parking by the day before. We will direct you to a nearby paid parking area (1,000 yen per night, with a shuttle to the hotel).
If you send luggage ahead, write the date of your stay and the full name of the guest on the shipping label, and have it arrive on the day of your stay. Refrigerated or frozen items cannot be accepted.
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking area on the second floor.
Please refrain from bringing fishing gear or caught fish.
