Apology and Notice Regarding Stink Bugs

In recent years, due to changes in the climate, stink bugs have become more common around Hotel Viora and inside the building.

We have stepped up cleaning and inspections and continue to take measures to keep them out, but it is difficult to prevent them completely.

You may encounter them during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort this may cause.

If you find a stink bug in your room, please let the front desk know. We will come and remove it right away.

Thank you very much for your understanding.
